After confirming the items you want to purchase in your cart and checking out, you will be brought to the “Check out” page where you will have to enter your billing and delivery details, and choosing your desired shipping method.

After you have accepted our terms and conditions, you will have the option to pay with the payment methods we have available:

You can purchase products by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), or Debit Card

Using PayPal

PayPal offers two ways in which you can pay:

    1. Log in to your PayPal account, or create one if you have not already, and follow the on-screen instructions given by PayPal. Once you have completed your payment, you will be directed back to our site where you will see that your order has been completed.

    1. If you do not have an account or want to create one, you can choose the “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit” option. You will need to input all your payment details to make payment. Once you have completed your payment, you will be directed back to our site where you will see that your order has been completed.

Advantages of using PayPal:

  • Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
  • Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account).
  • PayPal protects your personal details when you choose to pay by credit card by not releasing any of your confidential information to us.

*Please note that sometimes PayPal might review certain payments made to us and this might delay dispatching of your order anywhere from 12-24hours.

Paying with Direct Bank Transfer

Choosing the Direct Bank Transfer method at the Checkout page:

Once we have received the order you have made using Direct Bank Transfer, we will hold the ordered stocks for you while you arrange the transfer.

The stocks for the order will be held for 24 working hours (Mon-Fri; Sats & Suns do not count) upon receiving the order. Please let us know if you cannot arrange the transfer within the stipulated time and we will gladly extend this time frame for your order.

After making the transfer, please email [email protected] to notify us of your payment in reference to your order number. Attaching your payment advice will help expedite verification of your payment faster.

Once we have verified that the payment was successfully transferred to our bank account, your order will be processed immediately and should ship out within 24 hours.

*Note that you will bear all bank charges that incur during the Direct Bank Transfers, please check with the charges before making the payments so that the right amount is deposit to our account.

*The payment of all other countries will be charge as US dollars, except Hong Kong will be charge as HK dollars.
