Returns and Exchange
It is important to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason this is not the case, we are happy to exchange items purchased as per the conditions below.
DIALOGHUB LIMITED’s standard return policy is only applicable to products purchased directly from our website. Customers must check the product upon delivery. If necessary, you can return the product within 14 days after you sign off the delivery by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (Working hour: Mon – Fri 10:00 – 18:00) along with a photo of the defective part of the product, tag on the package, order number and product code. Any request of return over 14 days will be declined.
14-Days Replacement (For Mobile handsets & Tablets Only)
DialogHub Limited DO NOT PROVIDE REFUND SERVICE for all mobile handsets and Tablets.
For a 14-day replacement against any defects, device must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt and in full original packaging. This service will not cover products being returned with evidence of negligence, product tampering or staining. We reserve all rights of judgment on replacement against defective device that is unable to be powered on or unable to display IMEI number on the screen. Only identical product in model and colour will be provided for replacement.
The Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Process
Returned products will only be processed when accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and returned within the valid return period. An RMA is required for all returns. To obtain the RMA authorization, please contact us. (RMA requests should include the following information: Order ID & reasons for return.) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please note that the returned item(s) must be return new and unused in their original conditions, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging together with RMA authorization. Any damaged, modified or broken products cannot be returned. Also any product along with a free gift must be returned in its entirety.
We only accept product return for the following situations:
- Defective items
- Mismatched delivery
- Wrong Color/ Size/ Style
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Consumable Product
- Products with downloadable content
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.
- Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty and reported after 14-days.
- Product or box is used or damaged due to misuse or incidental damage because of malfunctioning of product or altered.
Please provide a tracking number for return shipments. Customers are required to bear the cost of returning the item andDialogHub Limited do not accept or cannot be held accountable for lost or damage of the item whilst in transit to us.

DIALOGHUB LIMITED will arrange for reshipment within 14 business days of receiving your returned items.
Shipping fee is NON REFUNDABLE.
DIALOGHUB LIMITED has the right to replace returned defective product(s) with another similar product(s).
Please bear in mind that computer browsers may present colours slightly differently, and colors may also appear differently according to your screen. Images displayed on the Internet are a representation only. Every effort is made to ensure that the products we supply correspond as closely as possible to the goods displayed online.
